Satisfaction Guaranteed

Please contact us at cs@jeepuniq.com if you experience any issues with our products. We will do our best to help solve the issue. However, if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product.

We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation.

Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, JeepUniq will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge.

For fast processing of returns, please email us ahead at cs@jeepuniq.com for a Return Authorization Number. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Business Hours

Orders placed for items in stock will ship within 48 hours or less.

Our Sales Department is open nonstop.


Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AZT - Arizona Time) Monday - Friday. We make every effort to respond after hours as well.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal.

All Store Credits expire 12 months from date of issue.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a Arizona address will be charged Sales Tax.

Back Orders

Sometimes an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Merchandise Credits Policy

Merchandise Credits are non-transferable.

Merchandise Credits cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Merchandise Credits are valid for one (1) year from date of issue.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery.

Obviously damaged packages should be refused.

If your damaged shipment was delivered by FedEx, please call 1.800.GoFedEx and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please email us at cs@jeepuniq.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.


All parts other than JeepUniq Branded products are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties and/or guarantees. For specific JeepUniq branded items, the limited warranties can be obtained through the link Limited Warranty found here or on the specific product page.
